How we contact you, and how to stop it
Plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to understand what a company is doing with your number. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Where we got your number
From a public business listing — most often a Google Business Profile you or your firm published so that buyers can find you. We did not buy it, and nobody passed it to us privately.
If you want to know exactly which listing yours came from, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you. We keep that record per number for this reason.
What we collect
- Your name, firm and number, as published on that listing.
- The messages between us — what we sent, what you replied.
- Anything you choose to tell us, such as the areas you work in or a contact you refer.
- Standard website analytics on this page, through Google and Meta. That is aggregate traffic measurement — we never put your name or number into it.
A contact you refer
We only message someone after you have forwarded them our enquiry form and they have filled it in themselves. If they do not reply, we stop. We never sell or pass on their number, and we never say we got it from you unless you have told them first.
How to stop hearing from us
Reply “stop” to any message. That is enough — no form, no reason needed. We stop immediately and permanently, and you will get exactly one message confirming it. That will be the last one.
How to be erased
Ask us to delete your details and we will. We remove your name, firm and every message, and keep only your number on a do-not-contact list — which exists solely so that nothing of ours ever reaches you again. We will confirm when it is done.
